Before using, inspect the Magnetic Mat to ensure it is intact. If any damage is found, discard it according to your hospital's protocol.
Sterilize the mat following the guidelines mentioned above.
Once sterilized, place the Magnetic Mat horizontally and arrange the necessary instruments on it. Note: Sharp instruments may damage the mat, so handle them with care.
After use, clean the Magnetic Mat thoroughly according to your facility's accepted protocols before sterilizing it again.
After sterilization, inspect the mat for any damage. If any is detected, discard it following hospital procedures. It is up to the user to decide when the Magnetic Mat is no longer suitable for use.
Store the mat in a cool, dry place. Always store Magnetic Mats flat—do not fold or roll them.
