Mouse pad mainly has the following production process:
Material preparation
• Rubber mouse pad: First natural rubber or synthetic rubber raw materials are mixed, adding vulcanizing agents and other additives to improve rubber properties.
• Cloth mousepad: Select such as nylon, polyester fiber and other fabrics, textile, dyeing and other pretreatment.
Print (if patterned)
• Heat transfer: sublimate the ink on the transfer paper to the mouse pad material through high temperature and high pressure, bright colors, clear patterns, but limited color firmness.
• Screen printing: the ink is squeezed through the scraper and transferred to the mouse pad through the mesh of the screen plate, which can print thick patterns and text, and the ink adhesion is good.
Cutting forming
• Punching: The mouse pad material is stamped and cut with a mold. The shape is regular, the size is accurate and the edge is neat.
• Laser cutting: The use of high-energy laser beams to cut materials, cutting accuracy is high, can achieve complex shapes, but the cost is high.
Surface treatment (available on some mouse pads)
• Coating treatment: In order to make the surface of the mouse pad smoother or have a special feel, coatings such as Teflon are applied to reduce the friction of the mouse movement.
• Frosting treatment: Make the surface of the mouse pad have a moderately rough frosting texture by grinding and other methods to improve the accuracy of mouse positioning.
