2. Using the Mat for Different Yoga Practices:

• Hatha and Restorative Yoga: The 4mm thickness provides ample support for seated poses and gentle stretches, ensuring comfort during longer holds.

• Vinyasa and Power Yoga: The anti-slip texture on both sides of the mat ensures stability during fast-paced flows and transitions, allowing you to move confidently between poses.

• Hot Yoga: For added grip during hot yoga or sweaty sessions, lightly mist the surface with water to enhance traction, or pair with a microfiber towel.

3. Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Routine Cleaning: After each practice, wipe down the mat with a soft cloth and a mixture of water and mild soap. This prevents the buildup of sweat and dirt.

• Deep Cleaning: For a more thorough clean, use a mixture of warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap. Gently scrub the surface with a sponge or cloth, then rinse with clean water.

4. Storage Tips:
